Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 2 to 5 years caregiver experience.
Must possess a valid CA ID/Driver’s License and Social Security Card.
Current CPR and First Aid Certificate (Optional).
Caregiver/Personal Aide Liability Insurance (Optional)

Potential caregiver is advised to consult our services, terms of agreement as well as our mission and objectives, to familiarize themselves with the philosophy of ALLWISE CARE Referral Agency, with the aim of providing the best possible home care.

How it works:

Initial registration for database profile.
Potential clients will be matched to caregivers according to their needs and zip code.
Once the matching has been done, we will refer caregivers to clients and we will be calling you to finalize paper works.
